The world of food

This picture is from one of the first bites he had (rice cereal).

Introducing new foods to Andrew has brought some interesting changes (mostly in he color of his poo). HE LOVES EATING FOOD! He laughs and laughs between bites. It's very entertaining. He has tried rice cereal, sweet potato, carrots, yams, squash, green beans, banana and pears.

Any thoughts on other foods I should have him try? I am making my own baby food, so I am open to any suggestions!

When I was making my own, I had great success with strawberries and peas as well. (Did you mention applesauce?)

Hey! I love your blog, so cute! I'm making my own baby food too and absolutely love the book "Super Baby Food" by Ruth Yaron. It pretty much lists every fruit & vegetable known to man, how to store them, cook them, what age is good to start them and what vitamins are found in each. Plus it has a slough of other helpful info for feeding babies.
