This morning, after Mike left for work, he called and said that he was going to be working in Monroe. So, Andrew and I met Mike at his train. Andrew was totally excited and I think Mike was too. It was a lot of fun to see the inside of the engine and to be so close to the locomotive.

Hi guys - love the pictures - Bill had many, many friends on BNR from engineers to brakemen - I got to ride in one of the engines along the waterfront in Everett one night. You have to remember - this was back in the early 70's, so things were a lot "looser" then. Can tell Mike's proud of his son - thanks for sending the web address - Lots of love - Åunt Sue

Wow! That IS a big day!! :) How many kids have pic's of themselves on the train as a babe? Too bad he will have forgotten by tomorrow! ;) I laugh sometimes at the things my kids tell me they've "never got to do!!" - thank goodness we take pictures!! LOL!
